Great offices
We're serious about providing a great working environment for all our team members:
- Our main office in Pyrmont is located close to public transport
- We have a bright open plan office
- We wear shorts during summer
- We provide you with the right tools, whether it's an extra flat panel, notebook computer, or headphones
- Our kitchen is always stocked with quality coffee, gourmet tea, juice, beer, fruit, and snacks.
Team times
We take our team seriously. Each Friday afternoon we get together for an 'all-in' team meeting where we share our achievements for the previous week and goals for the next. This is accompanied by cocktails and good food. Each month or so we have team lunches and off-site activities and dinners. We've been go-karting, lawn bowling, and shooting one another at laser-zone.
Small teams
We are big believers in small, focussed teams and high-energy environments. You will often be involved in one or more project teams and need to be adept at managing competing demands.
Learning
If you're passionate and keen to succeed we'll be only be too happy to back you. We regularly get together with all team members to work out areas for learning and development. We'll often send team members on courses and conferences, engage them in on-the-job training, and give them time out to learn.
